Update demo to the full two-tower UI
Verified signatureReplace the single-query app with the current interface: forward (disease to targets) and reverse (target to diseases) tabs, name/synonym search, tractability and packaged-label columns, Open Targets and OTTree comparison columns, and full-ranking CSV export. Adds runtime_data.py and the packaged comparison artifacts the new app requires. Pins requirements and bumps sdk_version to the tested 6.13.0.
