Fix crash-loop: remove unsupported local_dir_use_symlinks arg
snapshot_download() no longer accepts local_dir_use_symlinks in current huggingface_hub, which is installed unpinned in the Dockerfile. Every container startup raised TypeError inside the FastAPI lifespan before the app could bind, so HF Spaces kept killing and restarting it in a loop.4204fea
