# Substrate Mesh Runtime — Connector API
Private FastAPI connector for the Substrate Mesh Runtime and Primordial OS Runtime GPT Action route.
This Space exposes a bounded HTTPS API for submitting Substrate mesh commands, receiving receipt-bound responses, and retrieving command receipts. It preserves the HIR × OAM pressure spine, workspace isolation, source-return boundaries, and overlay-only write posture.
This is not a public autonomous agent, truth oracle, moderation authority, legal authority, medical authority, or final validation system.
Canonical artifacts remain read-only. Canonical lexicon entries remain read-only. User and GPT outputs are routed as workspace-local overlay proposals only. Human review remains required for downstream claims, publication, deployment, or external validation.
