The HIR/OAM Wardenclyffe Technical Bridge Layer v0.1 is a bounded static prototype for organizing Wardenclyffe-related source material into a derived-only technical bridge layer.
This prototype connects three declared source lanes: the Wardenclyffe geophysical investigation, the Tesla technical corpus, and a supplemental diagram interpretation layer. It does not redistribute raw source PDFs, extracted source text, or diagram images. It includes only derived metadata, source-bound atoms, edge rules, simulator export rules, a bridge schema, and a Trace Bridge Key.
The purpose of this layer is to separate confirmed geophysical structure, technical apparatus concepts, interpretive diagram material, and simulator-safe variables. It prepares a clean source-bound basis for a possible future HIR/OAM Earth-Field Coupling Harness while preventing overclaim.
