+# JAHMORI RICHARDSON PROJECT LOCAL INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

+## Requirements
+- Hugging Face Account: https://huggingface.co/
+- Granted Access Token for Pyannote Model: https://huggingface.co/pyannote/speaker-diarization-community-1
+- Python 3.12.12
+- pip package maanger
+- Internet
+
+## Installation
+1. In CLI, pip install -r requirements.txt
+2. To use access token for inferencing through huggingface models, create .env file and add access token inside (Default variable is HF_TOKEN). Add file to a .gitignore file if adding to git repository.
+
+## Running Application
+1. In CLI, python app.py to run script and gradio localhost link will be generated. Link can be shared if set in main script - demo.launch(share=True)
+2. Click link to open application into default browser and run.
+3. To stop script, in CLI enter ctrl + c.
