Use dynamic percentile-based confidence filter options
Replaces hardcoded confidence thresholds (50/90/99%) with percentile-based options (Top 75%/50%/25%) computed from actual data distribution. This adapts automatically when the underlying model changes (e.g., v2 → v3). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>0aea3fd

Fix confidence score: truncate instead of round to prevent 99.95%+ showing as 100%
The previous %.1f formatting rounded 0.9999 → 100.0%. Added a custom Jinja2 filter that uses math.floor to truncate, so 0.9999 → 99.9% and only true 1.0 shows 100.0%. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>460689f -
Fix confidence score display for v2 model
v2 model has 75.8% of scores above 0.99, so %.0f formatting made everything show "100%". Switch to %.1f for meaningful differentiation. Update confidence filter thresholds from v1 range (0.5-0.72) to v2 range (0.5-0.99). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>2740f73
