Previously only the diff view rendered repo_url/commit_url links.

Fix HumanEvalPack lang selector matching wrong tabs

showLangTab() used a global querySelectorAll('.lang-tab') which matched
both code-mode tabs (canonical/buggy) and language tabs, causing the
wrong language to be selected and the canonical/buggy toggle state to
be lost. Scope tab toggling to the #lang-tabs container and re-apply
the current code mode when switching languages.
