fix: preserve browser range streaming

Keep Content-Length on proxied media responses so browser players can seek and fast-forward reliably. Add explicit Jellyfin Telegram API credential aliases and honor the configured streamer port during cleanup.\n\nCo-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
