Deploy Kernel+Skill architecture to HF Spaces; wire advanced stability features; remove deprecated entry points
- Replace legacy monolithic streamlit_app.py with core/app.py (Kernel + pluggable Skills); remove stale platform/app.py duplicate (name shadowed stdlib).- Fix extraction layer to populate advanced-feature trigger fields (spec_type/role/design_type/grouping_dimension/group_id), so lower-limit CQA, non-zero-order back-calc, mass balance, multi-package and ICH Q1D reduced-design actually fire in reports.- Add column-oriented table heuristic parser; align back-calc model with report headline model; add absolute floor to mass-balance tolerance.- Add .dockerignore; correct app entry docstring. Full suite: 576 passed.
