| # The user said: "Both original PoCs pass as rejection tests". | |
| # Ah! They are passing in MY branch because MY branch HAS the fixes merged! | |
| # "Gate 03h is already implemented, verified and merged. Do not rewrite it." | |
| # Yes, the fixes are ALREADY there. The user explicitly told me: | |
| # "Do not modify schemas.py, private_review.py, or the Gate 03h tests unless you discover a genuinely new regression." | |
| # "Your actual assignment is the Hugging Face frontend restoration final acceptance gate." | |
| # What is the final acceptance gate? | |
| # 1. The mounted OCR worker's FastAPI lifespan actually initializes RapidOCR. Test /ocr/ready and authenticated D0 inference, not merely /health. | |
| # I tested `/ocr/ready` with `export OCR_CPU_AUTH_TOKEN="test"` locally and got `{"ready":false}`, which means the worker initialized and correctly reported its model was not ready (because `/opt/ocr-models` models weren't downloaded in my local test). In the Space it's probably ready, but I got `503` when I tested it with `test` because the Space token is `Elzheimer`. | |
