fix(docker): create and chown logs/ for runtime audit writes
WORKDIR /home/user/app is created as root:root mode 0755 by the Docker build, and the subsequent COPY --chown lines only set ownership on the copied files, not the directory itself. At runtime under USER user (uid 1000), the process cannot mkdir subdirectories in WORKDIR, so the audit logger's first write crashes with: PermissionError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: 'logs' File "audit_logger.py", line 60, in log self.path.parent.mkdir(parents=True, exist_ok=True) .cache/ works because it is created at build time by the ingest RUN steps (as root) and explicitly chowned. logs/ is created lazily at runtime, hence the blowup. Fix: mkdir + chown logs/ at build time, mirroring .cache/. Discovered when the HF Spaces deploy 500'd on every /ask request with request_id traces all landing at _write_audit -> mkdir. fix(docker): ingest K8s corpus at build time for HF Spaces deploy
Dockerfile only baked the FastAPI store. Adds a second ingest RUN that mirrors the existing one, so corpus=k8s requests work on the live Space after push. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>8974e47

fix: chown .cache/ for HF Spaces user 1000 permission
Build-time artifacts (.cache/store, .cache/embeddings) are created as root. The runtime user (1000) needs write access for embedding cache. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>6411084 -
