Deploy: Phase 1 surfaces + Phase 2 version stamps + filled legal/booking values
Single tree-copy of origin/main at c588455 with the HF Space README frontmatter prepended. Ships the consulting byline/footer, /impressum and /privacy pages, LICENSE, CI-gated counts, 6.6x version stamps and narrowed mechanism copy, and the resolved booking/Impressum values; preflight passes with zero unresolved tokens. docs/_generated/plots/paired_diff_fastapi.png is excluded from the Space copy only: the hub's pre-receive hook rejects it as an untracked binary (the app does not serve it; the GitHub README keeps it). Deploy: dashboard naive-vs-rigorous reveal + sync serving to origin/main
Single squashed deploy commit on top of hf/main. Brings the reveal (source-gated reveal_anchor.json, render-time injection, progressive- enhancement JS) and the accumulated origin/main serving/stats/docs work. HF frontmatter + Dockerfile (port 7860) preserved; README refreshed to the repositioned framing. Plot PNGs excluded (HF Xet policy; they live on GitHub and serve the README card there, not the running app).1c08abf

docs+build: judge-layer v1 coupled-artifact updates
Five coupled artifacts updated to reflect the supersession (Phase 9 of the judge-layer v1 plan): 1. Makefile — adds calibrate (full pipeline) and evaluate-judges (re-score existing outputs) targets. Both invoke build-table --strict so partial-coverage warnings are caught at build time rather than landing in the writeup. 2. README.md — adds 'Targets that cost money' four-column table (target / API key / approximate cost / output) so anyone running make commands knows the cost upfront. Test count corrected 443 → 509 to match current state. 3. DECISIONS.md — appends supersession entry defended by file paths (labels JSONL, per-row predictions, kappa_table.md, writeup) so future readers can trace any claim to its data. 4. measurements/README.md — adds the calibration-labels JSONL row, namechecking the DECISIONS.md entry it backs and the κ table file path it feeds. feat: K8s corpus config entry, ingestion target, curation policy
configs/default.yaml gains a corpora block with FastAPI and Kubernetes entries plus default_corpus=fastapi. FastAPI keeps the existing 0.02 refusal_threshold (matches legacy rag.refusal_threshold exactly, so production behavior is unchanged). K8s ships a placeholder 0.30 pending the K8s golden dataset sweep — K8s has more cross- referenced concepts than FastAPI, so relevance spreads across more chunks per query and the threshold likely lands higher. security.output.secret_check: true is made explicit in the YAML so reviewers can see the Task-11 adversarial-review fix is enabled.
