Completes the mon-ipad credential rename in nomos-nba-agent deploy scripts: - hf-space/deploy.py L16: fallback HF_TOKEN_2 -> HF_TOKEN_NBA - hf-space/deploy.py SECRETS dict: drop HF_TOKEN_2/3 -> add HF_TOKEN_NBA/LLM/COUNCILS; add BOT_TOKEN_NBA alongside TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN (admin channel kept as canonical) - hf-space/deploy_island.py docstring examples: HF_TOKEN_2 -> HF_TOKEN_NBA Unblocks HF Space secret propagation for NBA Quant AI deploy. refactor: remove LiteLLM dependency — direct provider calls only
