bump torch to 2.11.0 for ZeroGPU Blackwell NVML fix
Browse filesThe NVML_SUCCESS assert in CUDACachingAllocator was a torch/driver
mismatch after ZeroGPU moved to RTX Pro 6000 Blackwell GPUs. torch
2.11.0 ships CUDA libraries matching the Blackwell driver.
