Fix 'Backend: Unreachable' after the rebuild Running
Verified signatureThe rebuild after the move installed openai 3.35.1 (requirements.txt had no pin), which refuses api_key="" with 'Missing credentials', so check_backend_status() always failed. Use the placeholder key "EMPTY" and pin openai==3.35.1. Also point the app at the model the vLLM backend serves now (gigaspeech-zh-s_origin-bsz4); the old name (gigaspeech-zh-hibiki-s-clean-noisy-sil) answered 404.63d7279
