COMPLETE REDESIGN based on user requirements:
What Changed:
- REMOVED: Modal overlay approach
- REMOVED: CPU/Memory/Hardware stats (not needed)
- ADDED: Slide-out drawer panel from RIGHT side
- ADDED: Floating button (beautiful, always visible)
- ADDED: Focus on Resources, Endpoints, Providers only
