feat: add Groq AI briefings, rate limiting, and security hardening
Q-Simplified Deploy- New services/ai_summarizer.py: Groq llama3-8b-8192 generates plain-English market briefings from live headlines, cached hourly with graceful fallback - New endpoints: GET /api/ai/market-briefing, /refresh, POST /api/ai/summarize-article - Wired slowapi rate limiting across all endpoints (was installed but unused) - CORS locked to specific origins via ALLOWED_ORIGINS env var (was wildcard *) - Removed debug hack in content.py that corrupted DEMO_BLOGS on Supabase error - Startup warnings for weak JWT_SECRET or missing GROQ_API_KEY - /api/health now reports AI briefing status and source989ed71
