Verified signatureFrontier upgrade on live MEASURED joules/token: signed joules-per-successful-goal on sovereign hardware. szl_sapa.py + szl_sapa_patch.py front-insert /sapa + /api/<ns>/v1/sapa/* before SPA catch-all. MEASURED only on a real fresh on-box joule reading; else MODELED/pending (never fabricates a joule).
