feat: real Web Push (VAPID) notifications
Adds push subscription storage + delivery (pywebpush), wired into the existing notify_user/notify_all_active/notify_mentions fan-out. Also fixes migration 0029's revision id (was 35 chars, over Alembic's own alembic_version.version_num VARCHAR(32) limit -- the ALTER COLUMN was silently rolling back on every deploy since 2026-10-16); renamed to 0029_widen_reminder_ctx so it can finally apply. fix: LinkedIn search accepted a REAL person's profile for a FABRICATED name
Confirmed via a live log: research_prospect_linkedin() fell through to Groq's small fallback model (Gemini quota hit limit:0), which invented the name 'John R. Craft' from the company 'J Craft Boats'. The LinkedIn search that followed then attached a real employee's real profile (Johan Hallen, genuinely CTO there) to that fabricated name -- logged as 'verified live', which only meant the URL didn't 404, never that it belonged to the person searched for. Root cause: _search_linkedin_profile()'s match filter checked ONLY that a result mentioned the COMPANY. It never checked the person's name at all, so any real employee's profile satisfied it. Now requires an independent match on the person's name too (name_only_tokens excludes tokens the name coincidentally shares with the company -- here 'craft' is both the fabricated surname and part of the company name, so that overlap alone can no longer pass the check).
