The runner preloads stabilityai/sd-turbo once, owns Box Composition loading, Outcome Prompt selection, generation timing, output writing, and readiness reporting. Merge runner-supplied metadata into generated observation responses so the Browser UI and Dev Controls can see the selected runner, model id, device, prompt, Box Composition, and generation config without changing the small backend boundary. Add a manual validation entrypoint for the local CUDA path and document the command in README. The final validation generated both forced outcomes through Dev Controls on CUDA with local file references: living at 21.758s and absent at 18.479s, both under the 23s Primary Runtime Target.
