feat: add fake-backed model backend contract
sivaratrisrinivasImplements GitHub issue #2 as the first thin Catbox Model Backend slice. Adds a public readiness and observation interface, backend-owned Outcome Selection, generated outcome and generation failure response shapes, and a fake Model Runner that writes ephemeral PNG file references for fast contract tests without GPU access. Documents what the fake-backed backend is, why it exists in the Catbox model progression, and how to verify it with unittest. Also commits the existing Catbox domain docs, ADRs, PRD scratch material, model spike evidence, project config, and lockfile that define the current implementation context.cfa3ad8
