Remove login gates, make app fully open-source
Strip MUCHE member login, invitation codes, OTP/SMTP, password hashing, and fuzzy name matching. Everyone can now use the app freely with just a display name. Admin dashboard remains protected behind PREFERO_ADMIN_PASSWORD. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>d5622b5
