Expose Gaussian splat PLY export in Gradio UI and API
Add a numpy PLY writer (LHM/utils/gs_ply.py), make GaussianModel.save_ply a thin adapter over it, and export the canonical A-pose splat from app.py. UI: checkbox, Export button, Model3D preview and File download. API: named endpoints 'generate' and 'export_gaussian_ply'.9c0e151 -
Show a friendly error for unusable input images
The is_full_body check raised a bare AssertionError, which surfaced as a raw ZeroGPU worker traceback. Raise gr.Error with guidance instead (no human / more than one human / not full body).e2e241b

Use ashawkey diff-gaussian-rasterization fork wheel built for sm_120
gs_renderer.py unpacks 4 values (color, radii, depth, alpha) from the rasterizer, but 8f600e1 switched to the vanilla graphdeco wheel, which returns 2, causing 'ValueError: not enough values to unpack (expected 4, got 2)' on every render. Point requirements.txt at the fork (8829d14) rebuilt for torch 2.8 / cu128 / cp310 / sm_120+PTX, hosted on Yosun/lhm-cuda-wheels. Hardware stays on ZeroGPU; no app code changes.4cd60d1
