Redesign UI (reading-room style, shared with the OmniX demos) + fixes Running
- Brand header with Reading-room dark-mode toggle (persisted, follows system preference by default), intro pills, numbered cards: 1 Ask a question / 2 Answer with citations / 3 Retrieved references. - Reference cards and query statistics now use theme-aware CSS classes instead of hardcoded light-mode inline styles (dark mode renders correctly); references are a responsive card grid. - Example questions render as one-click pills; Enter in the question box also submits. - requirements.txt: drop gradio==4.16.0 / gradio_client==0.8.1 pins — the Space runs the SDK's gradio 6.1.0; the stale pins only risked build conflicts. - README card: fix truncated short_description and card colors.e4e6a05
