Fix layout structure to match original HTML exactly
- Step1: move id=p1 to .page wrapper so #p1 .body grid selector works (290px+1fr two-column layout) - Step2: replace shared Header with p2-hdr (dark centered title) + separate white stepper below, matching original - CSS: add missing .p2-hdr and .p2-title rulesbf3dec4 -
