fix(build): reference vendored yue2 wheel by HF resolve URL

The Space build mounts only requirements.txt at pip time (relative
wheels/ path is not present in the image yet), so pip reported the file
missing. Point the requirement at the wheel's HF resolve URL instead;
the file itself stays vendored in-repo (non-LFS).
