fix(F-16d): CovarianceDetector is now a facade, no longer inherits UltraAdvancedDetector
Browse filesComposes BasicSignals + UltraSignals + CovarianceSignals. Re-exposes
all 16 methods (13 'inherited' + 3 own).
Verified: all 7 tests in test_covariance_detector.py pass unchanged.
