refactor(campaign-e): rename test_phase27_29.py -> test_segment_format_feedback.py
Mechanical rename only (Nash Equilibrium wording already corrected in the previous commit, before this rename, so this commit is purely a git mv). Verified: all 35 tests still pass under the new name. This is the last of the 4 Campaign E test file renames.4380d07
