Deploy: TrOCR + Kraken engines, dynamic model lists, comparison panel

- Add TrOCR and Kraken engines (CPU-only, no GPU needed)
- Remove hf-space/ subdirectory from Space repo (content at root level)
- Replace full requirements.txt with minimal HF-Space-specific one
(torch, transformers, kraken, openai, anthropic, google-genai)
- Dynamic commercial API model fetching (no hardcoded lists)
- Updated Claude/Gemini/OpenAI fallback model lists
- Add comparison panel JS component
- Fix publish script: whitelist-based, clean deploy, no private files
