# AgentenCode AI Agent Navigator

A free, bilingual (English/German) static discovery interface built by [AgentenCode](https://agentencode.de/en/). Search **all 140 source-linked AI-agent profiles** from [AgentenCode AI Agents Directory](https://huggingface.co/datasets/agentencode/ai-agents-directory), filter **13 editorial categories**, browse providers, and open the complete AgentenCode profile or cited primary source. Archived and superseded products are visibly flagged.

## Data connection

The static page first displays a **bundled snapshot** (visible immediately), then attempts to refresh directly from the published Hugging Face Dataset repository's `data/agents.jsonl`. If direct browser access is restricted, it tries the official Hugging Face Dataset Viewer API (`/rows`, paginated). If either service is unavailable, the bundled snapshot remains usable. An on-screen status distinguishes the source, and a retry button is available.

**Snapshot date:** 2026-10-15. **The snapshot is not a real-time verification of products.** The bundled copy was prepared from AgentenCode's previously source-linked 140-profile catalog; the Hugging Face Dataset remains the authoritative source of exported URLs and may include more direct citations than the local fallback.

## Product and editorial safeguards

- No API keys, accounts, model inference, tracking pixels, analytics, or embedded social widgets are required.
- Bilingual UI, accessible search and category selection, clear archived-product labels and mobile layout.
- Links open the corresponding [English](https://agentencode.de/en/agents/) or [German](https://agentencode.de/agenten/) profile and a vendor/project primary source where provided.
- Categories describe editorial use cases, not quality rankings or endorsements.
- Source citations do **not** establish independent testing, regulatory certification, current access eligibility or a live benchmark.
- Editorial German summaries remain in German in the dataset. English visitors see a generic pointer to the full English profile rather than a fabricated translation.
- The [dataset's licensing and reuse conditions](https://huggingface.co/datasets/agentencode/ai-agents-directory) apply separately; this Space does not relicense vendor pages.
