Add user-supplied API keys with automatic cross-provider model substitution
Lets users bring their own Anthropic/OpenAI key (encrypted at rest, validated live before storage). When only one provider's key is active, every call transparently substitutes to that provider's equivalent model instead of silently mixing in the app's default key for the other provider. Also removes the now-redundant Dialogue depth / Reply routing / Model per character / Per-step override Settings controls now that there's a single configuration.
