Refactor: split monolithic app.py into maintainable modules
- config.py: Supabase client, env vars, logging, IST timezone - data.py: in-memory match cache, load_matches(), calculate_table(), datetime helpers - theme.py: LeagueTheme class and global CSS - renderers.py: all HTML rendering functions - crud.py: add/update/delete match operations - interface.py: Gradio Blocks UI builder - app.py: thin entry point (7 lines) - README.md: rewritten with quickstart, env vars, project structure - DOCS.md: full developer documentation (architecture, module ref, DB setup, styling guide) Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>c04d3f9
