Rebuild the demo around per-turn confidence
Fabian-Robert Stöter +1: Claude Opus 5 (1M context)The speaker lanes now carry the two per-frame scores as a pair of 2 px rules in a gutter under each turn, beside the waveform rather than instead of it, so a dip is visible where it happens. Confidence is drawn only over speech; the full-width chart that spanned the silences is gone. The demo ships MV 2.0 alone — the MV 1.0 comparison and the dataset-reference pipeline are dropped from the published data — and the public examples are re-cut to 10-11 s excerpts, faded 5 ms at both ends so a cut cannot click. Waveform bars are laid out at a fixed pixel size and bucket the peaks down to it, so a 10 s and a 50 s example look like the same instrument. Example picking moved into the player card at full width, each example named for what it demonstrates rather than where it came from, and the chrome is monochrome on shadcn's stock radius so the only colour on the page is data. Cut demo to three 30 s excerpts and add three real-world examples
Fabian-Robert Stöter +1: Claude Opus 5 (1M context)Public set is now LibriCSS OV20 (first 30 s), LibriCSS OV40 (last 30 s) and Linux Game Cast ep. 599 (last 30 s); audio, peaks, speaker turns and the per-frame confidence series are all cropped to the window, and speakers with no turns inside it are dropped (their colour slot is kept so a person stays on the same colour across pipeline tabs). Adds three MV 2.0-only real-world examples straight from the API output (podcast interview, couch interview, roommates) as 48 kHz WAV, with the residual stream left out.
