Security Fix: Prevent DoS by adding size limits and chunked upload handling
google-labs-jules[bot] +1: banu4prasad- Reduced `MAX_FILE_SIZE` from 500MB to 5MB in `upload_questions_file` to match intended limits. - Replaced `await image.read()` with chunked reading and 5MB size limit in `upload_question_image` to prevent memory exhaustion (DoS). - Added Content-Type validation to `upload_question_image` to ensure only images are processed.
