Evidence icons: 16 new pixel icons, name-first relevance matching
Verified signature- art.ts: EV_ICONS grows from 7 to 23 procedural 12x16 pixel icons (fingerprint, tumbler, thread spool, envelope, bottle, knife, pocket watch, ring, cigarette, bootprint, book, skeleton key, lit match, pen, banknotes, magnifier) in the existing IPAL palette - case_adapter.py: icon keyword rules rewritten and reordered (knife before "letter", footprints before "prints", keycard before "key"); the clue NAME decides first and the reveal text only breaks ties, so a fingerprint whose description mentions a blade stays a fingerprint - Unmatched clues now fall back by discovery method (forensic -> fingerprint, document -> receipt, search -> photo, interrogation -> voicemail) instead of a blind 3-icon rotation - Applies to prebaked AND AI-generated cases (both flow through casefile_to_public at serve time); golden seed cases keep their hand-authored icons - Verified: every prebaked clue maps to a relevant icon (15 distinct icons across the pool, was effectively 3-4); back…571ccaa

UI overhaul: mobile corkboard, Connect the Dots, nav and overflow fixes
Verified signature- Board: shared Corkboard for desktop and mobile; mobile gets a real scrollable evidence wall (was a flat list) with trimmed decor - New "Connect the Dots" mode on both form factors: tap two pushpins to tie a red yarn thread (SVG, sagging quadratic, draw-in animation), re-tap to cut, CLEAR with confirm; threads persist per case in localStorage and track dragged cards - Drag math is now board-relative (getBoundingClientRect in the move handler), so dragging works inside the scrolling mobile wall - Mobile bottom nav rebuilt: legible 9px labels, active plate aligned behind the glyph (was a misaligned z-index:-1 square), SUSPECTS now opens a dedicated suspects screen instead of double-mapping to board - HUD: left/right clusters with proper flex constraints; right cluster wraps below on phones instead of overlapping the case badge; Menu collapses to an icon on mobile; removed duplicate Menu on briefing - Removed the Tweaks sheet and navbar gear; tweaks now run on in-memory…57464e6 -

feat: multi-crime cases, scene+exhibit pixel art, background AI generation
Verified signature- six crime kinds (homicide, theft, fraud, blackmail, arson, missing person) via one crime-profile table; solver guarantees unchanged - 16 new procedural pixel scenes + per-exhibit evidence-photo art; story beats render the case's real scenes; dossier gains THE EXHIBITS page - background case generation on every box: per-call model lock, aborts between tokens when a player interrogates; fresh AI cases join the shuffled pool - prebaked pool grown to 13 cases across kinds; first case randomized every run - faster generation: tighter token caps, capped grammar fallback, 2 attempts - hackathon badge tags in README YAML; COMPLIANCE and FIELD_NOTES refreshed80cd1f2
