refactor: fix Gradio compatibility and optimize RAG for German localization
- Resolved `gradio.exceptions.Error` by migrating the Chatbot component to the "messages" format. - Fixed `TypeError` by removing deprecated `type` arguments and moving the theme configuration to the `launch()` method for Gradio 5+ compatibility. - Localized system prompts and context field labels in `src/rag_pipeline.py` and `src/prompts.py` to German to improve the performance of the `tiny-aya` model. - Added source citations to the chatbot output to improve transparency and debugging. - Implemented offline mode support in `src/model.py` and `src/embeddings.py` using `local_files_only` and environment variable checks (`TRANSFORMERS_OFFLINE`). - Refined the `ANSWER_PROMPT` to be less restrictive, reducing false-negative "information not found" responses.d85b6e9 -
