Hélder Monteiro +1: CodexUnverified signatureThe enriched stats overlay (227 KB) was gitignored as a regenerable artifact, but committing it means prod (and the HF Space) has full country stats immediately, with no need to run enrich_downloader.py. The 23 MB RAG index stays out of git and is uploaded to the Space via 'hf upload' (LFS). country_lookup still falls back to the curated countries.json if either is absent.
