Restore HF Space YAML frontmatter in README
Avinash NallaForce-push to HF earlier overwrote the original HF README with the larger Asterion-seed README from GitHub, which lacks the title/emoji/ sdk frontmatter HF Spaces require for configuration. Re-adding the frontmatter at the top of README.md so HF can configure the Space.0737b39
