fix: pin numerical stack, stop unpinned runtime pip installs
cordutieA runtime `pip install -r SCAPES/requirements.txt` (unpinned numpy/torch/ librosa, under check=False + capture_output=True) could upgrade numpy under the pinned scipy, leaving 2.x sources over 1.26.4's compiled extension: "cannot import name '_center' from 'numpy.core._multiarray_umath'". - requirements.txt: pin the full numerical stack, add matplotlib and scipy (both imported by the demo, previously only transitive), bound transformers - constraints.txt: same pins, passed as -c to every runtime pip call - backend/__init__.py: runtime install is now only msclap --no-deps, so nothing in the stack can move at startup - runtime_guard.py: probe the stack in a subprocess and force-reinstall numpy if a mixed tree is found; plain `import numpy` succeeds on one, so the probe reaches for numpy._core.umath explicitly90c5606
