Implement voice.py with Simlish babble generation, emoticon display, and Web Speech API TTS parameters (pitch/rate). No ML, no server cost. Rage register uses harsh syllables with lower, faster voice and exclamation. All output is deterministic given a seeded RNG. feat: pure mood->appearance mapping
Implements the visual heart of the pet: maps 7-vector mood [V,A,D,U,G,W,I] to frontend render parameters. Hue from valence (red/blue/green), saturation and lightness from arousal, face region from the (V,A) quadrant, body scale from dominance, droop from gravity, lean from intent.
