Every label badge banner and aria string in the WatchPage CommentRow and SuggestedRail now resolves through the i18n dictionary so the page switches languages with the topbar toggle. The embedded iframe no longer carries the autoplay flag because users expect to press play themselves.

The shell now mirrors YouTube more closely with a sectioned sidebar, a search field, language and theme switches in the topbar, and a hamburger that collapses the sidebar on desktop or opens it as a drawer on mobile. Adds a Database entry that points to the Supabase editor so the team can jump straight to the data.
Replaces the emoji glyphs we were using in the navigation and topbar with a custom SVG set whose strokes match the sketchy line work of the rest of the UI. Each icon inherits currentColor so it tracks the active theme automatically.
chore: trim transparent padding around the SignalMod logo
The original PNG had roughly two thirds of its canvas as empty alpha space, which made the brand look small and off-centre at every render size. Cropping to the actual content lets us pick honest pixel dimensions in CSS.

Replaces the YouTube-dark palette with a paper-and-ink look inspired by the SignalMod slide deck. Defines theme tokens for both light and dark modes, sketchy border radii, Patrick Hand and Caveat Brush from Google Fonts, and responsive breakpoints down to mobile.

Tracks the active palette as a data-theme attribute on the root element so the CSS token system can switch instantly. Detects the user's prefers-color-scheme on first load and remembers later toggles in localStorage.

Introduces a runtime i18n layer so all user-facing strings can be swapped between Spanish and English without touching components. The provider persists the choice to localStorage and falls back to navigator.language on first load.
