Refresh device filter buttons when switching variants

Add hierarchical sidebar grouping models by base family
Jonna Marie Matthiesen +1: CopilotParse model family names to derive base families using size suffixes (e.g. Cosmos-Reason2-2B → Cosmos-Reason2 base, 2B variant). The sidebar shows base families by default. Selecting one loads all its data and reveals size variants underneath. Selecting a variant filters charts and tables to only that variant's models. Update Qwen3.5.csv model_family column from generic 'Qwen3.5' to size-specific values (Qwen3.5-0.8B, Qwen3.5-2B, etc.) so each size variant is discoverable. Variants are detected dynamically from loaded CSV data, so no per-variant config entries are needed. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>4d94a6c
