Motion Sample: progressive mesh loading, per-clip lighting, smoother follow cam
Darren Zhang- Progressive load: meshes_lo.pack (180k tris, 1.0 MB) paints first, then meshes.pack (698k tris, 4.4 MB) is fetched in the background and hot-swapped. Dropping the final LOD to 320k/180k was tried and rejected - the torso develops visible cracked facets. - Lights are world-fixed, so clips with different headings were lit differently (highjump faces +y and looked washed out). Lights now rotate with each clip's heading. - Follow camera translated by the pelvis delta instead of lerping toward it; the lerp fought OrbitControls damping and showed up as constant jitter while jogging. - Path trail uploads only the newly added point instead of all 4000 each frame.cc218ce -
Move teleop pages into teleopSample/; gzip-pack the Master mesh; per-clip default camera
