feat: rebuild the Gradio interface on a document-first light surface
The previous UI read as a developer tool wearing a legal costume: dark terminal chrome, gold-on-crimson, five font families, accent rails on every card, a four-cell stat monument above the fold, and fake telemetry (docket codes, roman-numeral tabs, an "armed and operational" beacon). The artifact here is prose, so the surface now behaves like a document: warm paper, one serif for the contract text, a sans for controls, mono confined to tabular data, and red ink reserved for risk the way a reviewer marks up a page. - Rewrite app.py around three tabs (review / ledger / compare) with the annotated text inside the result column instead of orphaned below the fold, findings as an ordered list rather than cards, and a single summary sentence replacing the stat block. - Configure Gradio 6 tokens through the theme API for both light and dark variants. Gradio 6 ships component stylesheets after custom CSS and scopes its theme to :root.dark, so CSS overrides alone do not win. - Fix re…d98df4b
