Hugging Face rejects the org card without a YAML config block, so the
Space renders a configuration error instead of the profile. This branch
is the Hub remote only; master stays free of the block so GitHub does
not render it as a stray table.

docs: replace fundusnap-ai with the four split AI repositories
fundusnap-ai was retired and split into a dedicated lesion detector and
severity classifier, and two further AI repositories have since been
published. Both component listings still pointed at the retired
repository, leaving dead links and understating the model and dataset
work that is now public.

fix(profile): add the missing demo animation asset
Both READMEs point at a demo animation that was never committed, so the
hero image renders broken for anyone visiting the organization profile.

docs: add repo root README and fix Digination placement
- Added a new root README.md with project overview, problem statement, solution walkthrough, and achievements section for the Fundusnap monorepo.
- Included domain migration notice, demo video link, and hackathon results table to give the repo a proper landing page.
- Corrected Digination Fest PPI Hackathon 2025 placement from "Top 6 Finalist" to "Top 5 Finalist" in profile/README.md to match the accurate result.
- Synced the same correction into the new root README.md so both README files stay consistent.
docs: add demo video, award photos, and reorganize screenshots
- moved 15 screenshot images into assets/screenshots/ and updated README paths to keep the assets directory organized.
- added a clickable demo video thumbnail in the header linking to the Google Drive preview so visitors can watch the product in action.
- added a Moments subsection with the 3rd Winner awarding and booth photos to showcase the hackathon recognition.
- wrote captions for both photos describing the elevAIte award and the booth demo held on competition day at Telkom University.
docs: revamp profile README with overview, awards, and screenshots
- Rewrote profile/README.md to explain what Fundusnap is, the diabetic-retinopathy problem it solves, and the capture→classify→detect→explain flow so newcomers grasp the product fast.
- Documented all four components (app, web, API, offline AI) as badge-driven cards with repo + deployment URLs and collapsible full tech stacks.
- Added an Achievements & Competitions section covering the elevAIte, Digination Fest PPI, and Pikiran Terbaik Negeri results with program descriptions.
- Added a 5x3 grid of app screenshots (assets 1-15) and committed the image assets.
- Removed the stale top-level LICENSE file as part of the profile cleanup.
