Cleanout follow-up: archive 267 unreachable-island files
Gary Welz +1: Claude Sonnet 5Full reachability-graph analysis from the Space's only two entry points (index.html, README.md) confirmed everything here is unreachable -- not just unreferenced from one page, but provably unreachable by link-following from any live entry point: - docs/paper/community/contributions/ (259 files): a self-contained tree with its own HF Space frontmatter (title/emoji/sdk: static), reachable only through yeast_process_flowcharts_paper.html, which is itself unreachable. Looks like an accidentally-nested earlier Space snapshot. - glmp_paper_101625.html / _FINAL.html / glmp_paper_v2.html: a version series with no live-linked survivor. - medium_article.html / _draft.html, nature_article.html: unreferenced drafts. - yeast_process_modeling_paper_v2.html: part of the island, referenced only from within the now-archived contributions tree. - style.css: real, substantial custom content, but not linked from index.html, GLMP_Foundation.html, or either processes/ index page -- the o…6b4067c

Remove :Zone.Identifier sidecar files from tree
These NTFS alternate-data-stream sidecar files (3 paths, first introduced 2025-07-28/08-13) can't be represented on Windows filesystems, causing git checkout/merge/reset to fail or silently corrupt the index on any Windows clone. Removed from the current tree only; old blobs remain in history but are no longer touched by normal clone/checkout/merge.35ee39b
