Drop "prior work"/"proof-of-concept" hedging -- this is live infrastructure

The overview paragraph described this as prior work that "demonstrates the creation of" a repository, and the closing line called it a proof-of-concept -- but the masthead itself already says "serving GLMP, ATAP, and CopernicusAI.
