Fix stale "100+ regulatory processes" -> 217 (GLMP's actual current count)

Two occurrences (Summary section, GLMP table description further down)
both understated GLMP's current scale -- it's at 217 decoded processes
now, not 100+. Same staleness pattern already fixed on the CopernicusAI
Core page ("50+ biological processes" -> 692/217). Also tightened
"axiomatic dependency graphs" -> "axiomatic theories as dependency
graphs" in the same sentence, matching the ATAP naming fix (Axiomatic
Theories, not Systems).
