Freeze Rank, Model, and Tags columns on horizontal scroll in MSEB Leaderboard. Running
- Configure pinned_columns=3 in create_leaderboard_table so Gradio pins the first three columns ("Rank", "Model", and "Tags") and computes --cell-width-0 and --cell-width-1 offsets. - Add sticky column CSS rules in CUSTOM_CSS (.leaderboard-table) with proper z-index layering, border-collapse: separate, box-sizing: border-box, opaque row/hover backgrounds, and natural width measurement on table[aria-hidden="true"].
