Docs: SHORTCUT.md build guide (Phase C) — completes incremental capture
Adds the ~8-action iOS Shortcut recipe (fetch /embed/captioned/ on-device → POST caption to /capture with the user's token) plus setup + privacy notes. Shipped as a build-it-yourself guide rather than a binary .shortcut (can't be authored off-iOS and goes stale per-device). Linked from the #capture-setup card. Phase C tests already live in tests/test_capture.py. Completes hybrid step 3 (incremental capture). Phases A/B/C all done. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>221abde
